Our gentle exercise is 12:30 until 1:30 every Friday, costing £4 with a £1 raffle option.

Tea or coffee with biscuits at the end of the session.

There is a day trip and meal out each year.

The group is very friendly and welcoming and lots of fun.

Any ability is welcome, you can sit or stand.
