This Pilates class is a mat based and or small equipment hour long session. The class promotes strength and balanced muscle development, improved flexibility and increased range of movements of joints. Attention to core strength , controlled breath, correct alignment and improved posture as well as a sense of well being are the key elements of a Pilates class.
For more information call Gail 07932916304 or just drop in any Thursday 10 mins before the start of the session to enrol. This is a pay as you go session, no need to book in advance.
Mats provided. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
